Argentine tango as a tantric practice
Argentine tango is a passionate dance and great polarity practice. The masculine and feminine exchange can be felt clearly because we lead, follow, invite, surrender and dance directly from our centre. Learning tango is also a great way to develop your body awareness.
This evening we will play with the polarity and connection that tango can provide. You require no previous dancing skills; we will provide you with the tools of how to move as one.
The beauty of this dance is also that both the role of leader and follower invite integration of masculine and feminine energies in one person. Everyone can dance and play with both roles.

17:00-17:40 hrs Arrival: welcome
17:40-19:00 hrs Workshop 1: inviting presence, connection, play
19:00-19:45 hrs Break: a light meal of soup, bread and salad is included
19:45-21:15 hrs Workshop 2: invitation, direction, flow
21:15-22:00 hrs Tango Salon: Opportunity to keep on dancing
